About Me

Hello! I am Philomena, MA Media Director, Certified Life Coach & Inspirational Consultant working with clients from various industries such as film&new media, space, innovation, tech entrepreneurs, teachers, creative activists and retirees.
I help my clients find an inspired and structured way out of their overthinking minds to finally pioneer in their heartfelt endeavors. I am known for my empathy and for my unique intuitive way of spotting the very essence of someone's current journey.

It is an old Irish saying that it is in our human’s very nature to feel the longing of belonging. It is our deepest need to feel we belong to where we are, to whom we are with and to what we give our energy into. To belong also means to be truly seen and recognized for who we are. It is further said that, as we ourselves have blind spots that keep us from seeing our own true loving self completely, we need others to see parts of us for us to get the whole picture.

I find joy and fulfillment in honoring this wisdom in my work. I never forget that, as a coach, I am not more than every other human being, simply someone who needs to belong and who also needs other loving humans to remind me of who I am and to help me get to my next level.
