About Me

Trained in education and conflict resolution, and a Certified Executive Coach and Mentor (CECM) through the Management and Strategy Institute (MSI).

My foundational background starts in teaching. I am able to facilitate healthy discussion and consensus in a variety of learning environments. Looking at coaching sessions as a learning environment I can help coachees develop the skills necessary to define and achieve their career paths.

My specialties include working with teenagers and young adults to help them define their post-high school and career plans,

When working with established and emerging leaders to better define their career and help bring out the best in their teams. My approach comes from a place of coaching and corporate training and development.

I also work with mid-career professionals, at transition points in their career, to help them better realize their goals.

For group coaching my style starts with setting down ground rules for how the group has met to foster and support a positive outcome with the goal of everyone being successful, while reminding participants that being successful does not automatically mean getting their way. Then I identify the problem that needs to be addressed, outline some basic information, and open the group up for discussion along selected topics to address the problem in stages, keeping in mind that discussion along any one topic may yield a shift to a different topic. Additionally I believe in using feedback analysis to help foster round table discussions about how a group has functioned in support of a project or program being developed.
