About Me
From Carnegie Hall to coaching, my journey has been a unique blend of performance, psychology, and personal transformation. As a child soprano, I had the privilege of singing solo on renowned stages and even starring in Gian Carlo Menotti's *The Singing Child*. But life, as it often does, had some unexpected plot twists in store.
Fast forward a few decades, and I found myself navigating the complexities of neurodiversity (ADHD and a touch of autism), the heartbreak of a long-term relationship ending, and the grief of losing my father. It was during this challenging time that I discovered the power of coaching. Drawing upon my background in community psychology (Georgia State University) and my experience working with organizations like the Grady Trauma Project and AvitaCare, I embarked on a journey to become a CLCI certified coach. Along the way, I've been deeply influenced by the work of Carl Jung, the transformative power of narrative therapy, and the profound impact of gratitude narratives.
And what a journey it's been! Im always gobbling up the newest research on procrastination and perfectionism. I've crafted a system to overcome those "stuckness" demons, and now, I have the privilege of guiding others to do the same. My coaching philosophy is deeply inspired by Michael Bungay Stanier's empowering approach: you won't find any spoon-feeding here! Instead, we'll work together to unlock your innate wisdom and craft solutions that are uniquely yours.

Working with Oliver as my coach has truly been eye opening. Hes always brought the most amazing energy to our sessions and I instantly felt in a safe space, ready to open up to him. He listens with intention and asked all the right questions to get me to work through my problem. He helped me draw up a plan and checked in with me to see if I needed any kind of support.
