It was absolutely amazing, and most important - useful practice that followed many positive changes in my life. Those little moments in your life where you understand that your thoughts and actions are now naturally different means that deep work was done, and are just amazing to realize! When it comes to Olga in particular, she is very accommodating and holds the space perfectly, you will definitely feel comfortable to share and experience whatever has to come out of you at that moment next to her. The techniques she uses are amazing, some you can keep on practicing yourself in daily life with her instruction. Olga is like a mama - listening carefully and oriented to take care of you and achieve the result. Anyway, I recommend to have sessions with Olga, just be also ready to do your part of the work!
