About Me
Who am I? I am an international coach, speaker, and workshop leader who has been helping people move forward in their personal and professional lives my entire career. In 2002 I quit my government career, hired a coach to help me determine my path, went back to university and became a Certified Executive Coach. Since then as well as coaching I have taught Success Strategies at a Community College, employment workshops, programs for people over 50 to re-evaluate their lives and career and determine how to create their ideal lives and move forward, worked at a Women’s Transition House as well as ran a program for at-risk young adults.
I grew up in a violent alcoholic household, so my role model of relationships was not healthy! I got married at 19 and left the marriage at 21 because of physical abuse, not wanting my boys- 8 months old and pregnant with my second- to grow up in the same environment I did. My second marriage was not physically abusive but was to an emotionally distant alcoholic. That relationship lasted 25 years, we were best friends wanting only good for each other in the end; I outgrew it and left to follow my path.
From 1986 to present I spent lots of money on courses, counselling and rehab and did a lot of personal work on myself, and thought I would never find myself in an unhealthy relationship again- only to find I did! I hired a coach to help me find myself and regain my strength. Once I started remembering who I was and speaking my truth again, the world changed. Our relationship became much stronger and better. And I left that relationship. Now I am in the relationship I'd always dreamed of!

Before working with Norma, I struggled to believe that a loving relationship was a possibility for me. Norma's coaching helped me shift my energy to be ready to attract my ideal partner. She showed me that I had to love myself and treat myself the way I wanted my partner to treat me.
