About Me

I’m a mom of three who has experience living abroad for 10+ years. As a part-time self-financed PhD, I learned how to focus my time and energy to accomplish my goals in my career and graduate with my PhD on time, while always making myself and my family a priority.

I am here to help ambitious women to go after the life of their dreams, which is what I have done when I decided to quit my stable 9-5 job and move to Japan, with my (then) two kids and decided to pursue my long time dream of having a PhD, and now building my own online coaching business from ground up!

The experiences that I have taught me how to be more focused in life and uncover the blocks that prevent me to move forward and grow to be the best version of myself.

Now I'm helping others to level up themselves and be empowered by their choice in life.
