About Me

Hello. My coaching philosophy is holistic. I went to school in Bahrain, which is has a small-town feel. I have appreciation for little things in life. I bring joy into my life through creativity. Having learned and practiced yoga from a young age as well as practicing meditation had helped me understand and make peace with challenging emotions such as anger, regrets and disappointments. I overcame childhood trauma and I now help people find safe and beautiful relationships they can thrive in.

I help my clients recognize their thoughts, emotions and behavior patterns in order to help then recreate the life they desire.
My clients approach me when they face deep internal turbulences that they can't seem to recognize or resolve, going around in circles, feeling completely lost and at their wits ends.

My capacity to deeply listen to what is being said as well as that which is between the lines helps me understand my client. I appreciate their trust in me for sharing their deep and extremely personal issue with me. I hold a safe, non judgemental space in which they find calm, inner peace, solutions to their problems as well as confidence in themselves.

Oftentimes, my clients don't know how feeling unworthy of love manifests in their life. I help them find the love and peace that they're looking for. I cheer them on, push them outside their comfort zone to help them grow to be who they want to be, and have and do what they want - better relationship with themselves and others.

As an introvert, I'm very much in tune with my inner world of thoughts feelings and emotions, and I can help and guide you navigate your inner world with ease. I stand by your emotional wellbeing as it affects everything you do and have. I help my clients become conscious creators of their reality. I look forward to talking to you soon. Have a great day.
