I am a B.Com, Chartered Accountant ( ACA ), Cost & Works Accountant, Member of International Coaching Federation ( ICF) , passed assessment of ICF - PCC level coaching recordings, completed 158 hours of coaching education & training with " Art To Lead" institution accredited by ICF and a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst .

Working in Dubai for the past 42 years which includes holding senior positions in MNCs / family groups and running my own consulting firm for 15 years. Advised international groups at Board level. Trained, coached and mentored business leaders and executives for 2 decades.

Raman displays all the essential qualities you expect in a coach. Firstly, a calm demeanour immediately puts you at ease and a sense of security which are paramount. Secondly, he has a very reassuring manner and a curiosity which demonstrate his keen listening. The person being coached feels they are being heard. Finally, he is able through probing yet gentle questioning to bring clarity and resolution to the coachee from where they feel they able to move forward with a plan. I would have no hesitation in recommending Raman as a coach.

Raman has helped me to overcome the emotional distress that I was going through a few months ago since I am living in an overseas country far away from my native country and things were not at all going well back home.
