About Me
Hi I’m Nanami, an ICF certified coach with seven years of experience as a corporate management/strategy consultant. I will help you reclaim your worthiness and reconnect with what you truly care about, so you can create an intentional life that makes you come alive. I coach in motion (aka. coaching while hiking/walking in nature) for Tokyo-based clients.

My coaching is NOT transactional, but rather transformational. I will help you make internal shifts, so you can take actions inspired within, rather than being forced to change circumstances.
So, I will NOT give advice but will help you:
• Reconnect to your innate wisdom of what's best for you
• Explore and clarify what you yearn for
• Dismantle internalized patterns and assumptions
• Expand and imagine what is possible, and
• Identify how you'd move forward outside the session
[My Story]
I believe that we can live and work in a way that makes our body, heart, mind and soul in alignment.
I always wanted to be “good” and do “good” in the world. But measuring my worth against what’s considered important socially, it cost my human self. This left me burned out, feeling not enough, and resentful — far off from “good.”
I wanted to explore and embody alternatives to the harmful expectations. I wanted to live, work, and make change in a way that is rooted in what matters most to me. And I wanted to be part of the solution. So, I became a coach to support my fellow changemakers in making choices from a place of alignment with their core values. Our relentless, steady personal work will bring real collective changes just as each wave is unique.
