About Me

I help Latinas, women, and entrepreneurs who are cycle breakers process trauma and reach their goals from the inside out, so they can live their full potential in the world. As an empowered first-generation Latina with indigenous roots, a trauma survivor, a Mental Wellbeing (Parts Work Certified), and a Credentialed Professional Goal Coach (ACC - ICF) I have been on my own personal development and spiritual path for over 12 years.

I specialize in Parts Work (Internal Family Systems) within a coaching setting, helping clients uncover and process the core wounds connected to the inner blocks that are holding them back in their lives, careers, or business. Through this process, clients can release trauma from past experiences, often allowing these limiting patterns to stop without years of coping mechanisms or mindset work. This enables clients to reach their goals a lot easier and create a better relationship with themselves and others.

In addition to my trauma-informed coaching, I also blend Parts Work with positive intelligence, NLP, somatic experiencing, emotional intelligence, and other modalities to help clients achieve their personal, career, relationship, and business goals. Common areas of focus include overcoming imposter syndrome, building self-confidence, processing money or racial trauma, increasing self-compassion and self-worth, enhancing skills in personal and professional relationships, making life and career transitions, clarifying their life purpose, and achieving strategic career or business goals.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and over a decade of experience in the creative industry, I also bring expertise in marketing, graphic design, and brand strategy. This is perfect for entrepreneurs who are looking for this type of support!
