Hey, I'm Misha. Born in Ukraine, raised in the U.S., and currently living in Japan. Married and father to a beautiful boy.

I am a certified mindfulness coach, meditation teacher, and founder of Tokyo Mindfulness. I help people navigate stress, burnout, and big life changes with clarity and self-compassion.

My approach blends mindfulness and coaching to create real, lasting shifts. Whether it’s workplace stress, emotional resilience, or deep personal growth, I guide clients to find balance, purpose, and presence in their lives.
