About Me

Coaching is an opportunity for students to take a class about themselves, where they are the teacher. In this unique learning environment, the client guides themselves to positive change using tools provided by the coach. The tools provided by Millenia Coaching are solution-based. Solution-based coaching helps students focus on what is already going well and what steps to take next. Imagine you are struggling to solve a Rubik's Cube. Rather than focusing on how difficult the Rubik's Cube is or why it is a challenge, solution-based coaching helps you find the best steps to solve it!
Our mission is to help students identify, plan, and achieve their goals while overcoming obstacles. We assist our clients in finding personalized solutions for life, school, and work's biggest challenges. We specialize in providing coaching to students working on some of the following: time management, procrastination, organization, and preparation for milestones such as applying to college, internships, jobs, or advanced degrees. Our approach also promotes new positive habits that make navigating life less stressful and more enjoyable.
Millenia Polanco is a dedicated academic coach and software engineer. She attended the world-renowned, ICF-accredited, Erickson Institute to study the Arts and Sciences of Coaching. She spent months learning about neuroscientific principles to help clients in transformative change.
