With over a decade of international practice in the mental health field, I’ve created a holistic approach that is directed to include the mind/body/heart & soul-connection as a compass on your unique journey to your version of freedom & self-actualization.

What makes my approach different, is not only the theoretical knowledge & practical experience, but also MY STORY.

Nowadays I’m traveling across the globe while powerfully serving clients on the quest of self-growth & empowerment to realize their dream life. However, that wasn’t always the case.

I know how it is to play small, trapped in a cycle of limiting beliefs, not feeling capable to break free & shape a life on my own terms.

This is my WHY. Being the support I never had.

My path was paved & forged by myself, my mission is to remind others that they don’t have to surrender to anything until it feels 100% right.

I devoted myself to helping others to follow their inner truth, harness their inner power, do and be what once seemed impossible.
