About Me
Hi, I’m Michelle, a certified leadership and life transition coach. I look forward to meeting you and partnering with you to achieve the growth you desire. I commit to being a good listener and sounding board and I will support you unconditionally.
As a leadership coach, I support executives, mid-level leaders and emerging leaders as they pursue their growth potential both professionally and personally. I often assist clients in defining their leadership brand, work through challenging situations, improve executive presence, and managing their time and focusing on what's most important to achieve the results they desire.
As a life transitions coach, I assist individuals as they design their life and career ambitions, make decisions at critical choice points in their life, or execute a successful job search or life transition plan. I often work with my clients to define their personal brand, create rewarding networking strategies, and building confidence that can often wane during a challenging time.
I am particularly passionate about empowering women and women of color as they pursue leadership roles and explore options for their advancement while balancing life and family and sometimes challenging life transitions and obstacles that can get in the way of achieving success in their lives.
Being an executive leader myself for 30 years all while being a wife and mom to my children and step-children, and having been raised in the military, my coaching is deeply informed by my own personal and professional experiences and all of the challenging life transitions I have navigated. I am ordained in a Course in Miracles, a Christian-based spiritual training. I am also certified in Positive Psychology. I would be delighted to partner with you on your journey.

I am so thankful to Michelle to be, first of all, the best listening person over there. Second, I have had one of the challenging times during our sessions: I first found a job and ended up being in not the right place. But Michelle was always there to challenge me for my attitudes, beliefs, and perspectives. She pushed me to the point of growth and to be more confident in my decisions. That helped me to find my second job in a concise amount of time, and I am there more than a year, where I should be.

Need your own champion? Michelle is more than a coach, she is a friend who listens, gently guides, helps you find new approaches to challenging situations, finds real solutions and helps you put things in perspective. She is full of wisdom and heart and you will be instantly at ease. Her calm demeanor is such a breath of fresh air in this hectic world. Michelle has been such a gift to me and will be to you as well.
