I am a personal and professional coach, focused on helping people identify and achieve their purpose, dreams, and goals. I follow the GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward) model of coaching primarily, but leverage a number of techniques that i've learned through the College of Executive Coaching's personal and executive coaching certification program, an ICF accredited offering. I also have experience with assessments.

I have over 20+ years of experience in the HR/Talent space and I specialized primarily in Talent Acquisition and Professional/Leadership Development training. I've coached numerous high performing people and teams throughout my career and I continue to focus on coaching because I find it personally rewarding to help facilitate growth and transformative change. Although I do not specialize in any specific niche, my background in Talent Acquisition and Professional Development provide great knowledge to tap into for those who are starting out in their career, trying to level-up, or who are going through a career pivot period in their lives.

I believe that coaching is a true partnership, I'm here to listen and learn with you. If you are committed to putting in the work I truly believe you will achieve all that you set out to do.
