As a mother, grandmother, and entrepreneur, juggling daily schedules and managing life can be a bit challenging at times, to say the least.

A few years ago when face with breast cancer that juggling can to a screeching halt. It was then that I learned that my negative thoughts, low self-image, and negative emotions were not the path that I wanted to continue to go down while leading my children on that journey.

From there I completed change who I was from the INSIDE-OUT, which is how I serve my clients. Allowing them to take their power back, by owning their thoughts, emotions, and FULL responsibility for their life.

One thing that DRASTICALLY shifted my life was to tell myself "I will not judge today".

I used to have a VERY negative self-image of myself (I didn't think I was enough or worthy), so in order to make it THROUGH the day, I had to encourage myself by saying 'I will not judge today.'

I want you to encourage yourself today by offering yourself those same words while giving yourself some grace.

Consider this when negative thoughts come to you, allow them to pass by you like clouds, and only select the thoughts that bring you joy and gladness.
