About Me

Before I started my coaching journey, I was lost. After years of being a stay-at-home mom, I couldn't understand why I felt so empty, living what seemed like a purposeless life. How come I had so much at home, and yet felt so unhappy? I hired my own life coach, and thanks to her, found the courage and the energy to get unstuck. I truly believe that, when one reaches out, one can get the help they need to step into something fulfilling. Now I get to realize my dreams, and in the process, have found renewed self-esteem and connections!
