About Me

Hi my name is Liz Marrero and I am a dreamer who believes that the only limitations we have, are the ones we place on ourselves. I am super passionate about holistic health and I have a regular meditation practice, utilize mindfulness on a daily basis, and offer reiki as an additional service to coaching. As a coach it is my job to help you break down your barriers to achieving your own wellness goals. I do this by being non-judgemental, empathetic, and providing a space where you feel safe enough to open up. It is my philosophy that we are a team and together we can facilitate the changes you’re looking for.
