About Me

My background is in direct marketing in the life insurance industry and agent management. I came to coaching after becoming aware how exposed business owners were to problems that their CPA was not equipped to help them with, and knowing how even small adjustments could bring big improvement accross the board, and increased profitabilty and resale value.

Social media marketing is more and more a part of the work that I do with clients and find that while many know the words, few have any idea how to make this new environment work for them.

I have worked in sales of high-end custom and project homes so I understand the issues from both sides of the sale process.

My focus is always "what does this look like to the customer" - and my intention is to help clients to focus on solutions that are ecological and bring the best outcome for all involved. Communication excellence is vital to make this happen and I help clients with this too.

Social media marketing is a critical part of any business now and my background in managing online communities over the past 12 years and my daily presence in the social media environment means that I can guide you though the processes and help you define strategies and take action to get good results - and avoid the traps that so many fall into when coming to social media for the first time.

Vision, well-formed outcomes, and designing the business but ultimately the life you want, is what drives me. A life is a terrible thing to waste and I love to see people reaching for their dreams and fulfilling a worthwhile purpose.
