About Me

I have a diverse approach to my coaching, using a wide range of tools and techniques tailoring a highly flexible ‘program’ to meet the specific needs of the BetterUp members. My coaching methodology follows the foundational knowledge of coaching: Humanistic psychology, Constructivism, Linguistics and Neuroscience.

As an ICF Professional Certified Executive Coach (PCC), in my approach, I use a combination of psychological, organisational and coaching knowledge backed up by strong business acumen. I am certified in a portfolio of psychometric assessments and have completed coaching in the following areas: Leadership Development, Personality Profiling, Self-Awareness, Team Building, Change management, Conflict Management, Cultural Change, and Emotional Intelligence.

I have three master’s degrees: Human-Computer Interaction, MBA and Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

Experience Highlight
I have completed over 1,500 hours of coaching. I have delivered annually over 250 hours Executive Coaching using Appreciative Inquiry, principles of Positive Psychology, Strength-Based, Psychological Capital (Self-Efficacy, Resilience, Hope and Optimism). I designed and delivered 400 hours of workshops in Leadership, Change management and Performance Improvement to IT and HR sector using TKI, MBTII, MBTI II and leadership style models.
