When I hit my low back in 2016 after caregiving for family members, I took that first step in really loving myself and showing my self the compassion I was giving to others. I was still working full time in the corporate world and coaching teams at the time. Caregiving lead me to hiring my own coach and define my life of joy! Now I get to help women just like you beam with joy and happiness in their lives.
