About Me

I am a Life/Relationship/Spiritual Coach and former pastor with over 20 years of experience in direct coaching, mentorship, and professional leadership development, while simultaneously working as a Senior IT Project Manager. I am extremely comfortable working with large corporate clients, leading workshops, as well as just sitting down with someone one on one over a coffee.

At my company, You Can Still Believe, my goal is to help clients re-imagine their lives. I take a direct approach to my clients while walking with them on their path of self-discovery and personal goal achievement.

As a pastor, I was uncritical, non-judgmental, and encouraging in my approach to congregational support. After I attended Life Coach training, I realized I had been coaching rather than directing even in my pastoral role. I have concurrently worked in large corporations as a certified IT Project Manager for the past 20 years.

Outside of work I am a loving mother, wife, and dog lover. I also enjoy reading, painting, jewelry making, writing, and listening to music, specifically old school R&B, Jazz, and Gospel.

I am looking forward to connecting with professionals and those that are looking to better themselves, but just need encouragement.
