About Me
"Perform at your best and feel great!" That’s what I’ve been helping clients do since 2003. I’ve coached and mentored a lot of business people that were previously falling short of the results they wanted and were feeling stressed about it.
I work with people who gain confidence in their decision making and in their abilities to take bold steps. Clients report that our sessions bring them higher clarity, optimism and relaxation which helps them perform at their best.
I also assist clients to improve their lives, with tools and mentoring designed to improve their performance MINDSET and strengthen RELATIONSHIPS at work and at home.
I bring a global perspective, having lived in the Canada, USA, France, Norway.
17 years of full-time coaching has taught me how to quickly build trust and has made me a really good listener. It’s my privilege to make an authentic connection with you, leading to turning points in your awareness and in your career.
I am a co-author of the book: Connections Leadership published in 2010, and the developer of the iPad app named iLeadership.
