About Me
I will listen to you. My first priority will be to deeply understand where you are coming from in order to help you imagine where you might go next and empower you to make it happen.
As we work together, you will begin to feel your life force flow more freely, you will gain a greater sense of clarity, you will be invigorated with new ideas, things will begin to "make sense" and you will learn to manifest things you once only dreamed of.
Most clients come to me for two different reasons: to find their purpose and/or to reduce the presence of anxiety/depression in their lives. Both of these things are intimately connected.
An absence of life purpose leads to anxiety/depression as life can feel like a series of meaningless routines without it. Reducing anxiety and depression requires unlocking passions and living your life in accordance with them. I bring a very holistic approach to my work. I believe it is very important to get to the underlying beliefs to make change at the source.
As lifelong artist and an experienced art teacher, I bring a lot of creative methods to my coaching and unleash the creativity in my clients. Creativity is using what you got to make something new and you will soon find that you have everything you need to create a life you love.

I bring 20 years of being a Professional Artist and 19 years of being an Art Teacher to my Coaching. I have a BFA from Xavier University, an MA from City University London, and a certification in Life Coaching from Kain Ramsay and the School of Modern Applied Psychology. I am also a Certified Life Purpose Coach through Transformation Services, Inc. Additionally, I received coaching training from Fusion Academy where I led and coached a team of 15+ teachers to be rock stars in the classroom and change the lives of young people.
