About Me

With the help of exercise and eating properly I was able to shed 80 lbs. I became in love with running, running a marathon in 2012. Life happened and I then realized that being fit in body, you also need to be healthy emotionally. It goes hand in hand. Mind Body Spirit.
I then became ill and had to have an operation as I pushed all my stresses inward instead of releasing them. This is when Reiki came into my life and I focused on my emotional state. Through reiki my healing was amazing & thats when i knew i needed to help others. I now am a reiki master with a studio & retail outlet.

As my clients leave my studio, they feel amazing. Life happens outside my studio happens & thats where i also assist clients through guidance & useful.tools to impliment into their life.

I help with releasing stress & anxiety. Living peacefully & helping with weight management. Whole wellness
