After experiencing the challenges of corporate leadership firsthand, my journey from VP of Sales to Life Coach revealed a powerful truth: balance doesn't mean sacrifice. Today, I help female executives transform their lives through mindset shifts and my signature house-building approach, empowering them to become designers of their own lives.

My mindset training, coaching training and entrepreneur experience from multiple career shifts in my early 50’s, after getting fired from my executive position, makes me widely regarded as an expert in how to achieve life balance at any stage of life.
