I have found that most high achievers and performance driven individuals attain a certain level of success, but then a time comes when they feel stuck, lose direction, experience fatigue, lack purpose, and motivation.
Most of the time this happens because they have been running on auto pilot without dealing with underlying issues & root causes of their problems. Often they start experiencing the following symptoms:
- lack of joy or peace
- anxiety, irritability, anger or passivity
- dwelling in negative thinking
- living in the past and ruminating in the same negative thoughts
- struggling in relationships and attracting the wrong people
- feeling stuck, and unable to accomplish their goals
