About Me
Hi there, I am Han. I am so excited to meet you.
Before becoming a coach, I spent almost 10 years working in a consulting MNC in Asia and globally in a job I truly love. In 2020, I completed my coaching education to follow my calling as a coach next to my full-time role as Associate Partner and Deputy Office Head for my APAC office.
Born in China, growing up in Germany, and working in Singapore now, I am passionate to connect people from Asia with the West and verse versa. I find purpose in coaching young professionals in Asia on making transitions in life and work, finding a purpose and a career they truly love, so they, too, can feel excited when waking up to work every morning feeling excited about the new adventure waiting ahead.
I am happily married to my Japanese husband, with whom I had 7 years of long-distance relationship before we could unite in Singapore. I have a 9-month-old daughter, who teaches me about the miracles of life and that every day needs to be treasured.
To be happy in life, one aspect (e.g. a good job) is not enough but there needs to be a balance of many aspects. That includes spending time with people you care about, engaging in leisure activities of your interest, living in an environment that fits your lifestyle, earning enough so you feel secure about the future as well as doing work that matters. Among all this, it is about having a mindset that you have the power within you to achieve long-lasting happiness.
However, in Asia, family and society tell us that earning money and working hard for a better future as most important. Internally, we wonder when that "better future" will come...

Han was very helpful to me which I am a new graduate. She helped me with both my personal life and professional directions applying her experience as examples and assisting me finding the correct solution. We talked about personal time organization, friendship, career direction and when I didn't prepare what to talk about, Han also had her offer about the topic leading me to an unexpected result.

I have been going for coaching sessions with Han every 2-3 weeks for 6 months, and it has been an absolutely inspiring experience. Han brings to all her coaching sessions wisdom and empathy. She was able to create a safe, comfortable zone for the both of us - which allowed me to openly share my thoughts and emotions to her without much percolation.
