VerifiedThe techniques Gordon used in our sessions and the demeanor applied to push me to do the activities and make an effort paid of. I hit a self realization early on, and it provided the external perspective need without unnecessary elaboration. Who would have thought the answers are in your own mind, but someone else holds the key? Go figure.

Gordon helped me stay on track and helped me adopt new ways to do this myself. I get easily distracted and sometimes move from one idea to the next without finishing anything. With Gordon, Id commit to specific actions with deadlines. He'd ask thought-provoking questions and gave me the gentle challenge I needed, by asking about actions I said Id take if I didnt mention their progress in session.
