About Me

Hello, I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Geraint Thomas and I have been coaching and facilitating for over 20 years.

I trained with The Performance Coach and through them I am a qualified EMCC coach practitioner. I love what I do and getting clients to see that there is a different way gets me up every morning.

I work with my clients to get them to understand how their mindset has an impact on their every aspect of their lives and work.

I work with clients to help them work through blockages that are preventing them getting the best out of their lives. I ask questions that enable them to see different answers.

I believe I am a dynamic coach, and I am known for my empathetic and perceptive yet straight-talking approach. At the same time, I believe there is always fun to be had.

I work across professional services, creative industries, media & PR, banking and finance arenas working with clients who need to understand where they are in their lives, whether it be where they want to go or if they want to change the path they are on.
