Freda Wilson is an excellent coach. It is challenging to work through the thought processes that may be causing you to be stagnant. However her thought provoking questions allow you to face and address your road blocks and create a path towards success. We all want to great at this thing called life but sometimes we need assistance to navigate the waters, Freda Wilson is the coach you need, to help you achieve your goals.

My coaching sessions with Freda were phenomenal! She was able to help me work thru some life long issues and struggles that were hindering me from moving forward in my personal life and spiritual life. What makes her different from the rest to me is her ability to repeat to me what I said in a form a question. Her coaching technique really goes into depth of your issue. She's able to subtly ease into the cracks and pull out the undesired and then turn around and give you a plan to continue to work thru an issue until it's no longer an issue. I'm able to see life differently now that the baggage has been unloaded.
