Fatih Elibol, who has given trainings at the European Parliament and the House of Lords, was selected as a member of the Global Forbes Councils in 2022 and received the title of Mentor and Performance Coach of the Year. More than a Coach

One of the few coaches with the MCC (Master Certified Coach) credential of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Fatih Elibol is the 33rd Turkish coach to receive this credential. He is also known as the “Coach of Lords” in the coaching profession he has been practicing since 1996.

Elibol applies his own unique and holistic technique while he passes on his knowledge to people and is able to see the potential in the people around him, empowering them to reach the highest versions of themselves and realize their true potential.

Elibol, whose trainings are a school in coaching, is an entrepreneur, author and mentor coach using professional coaching, mentoring and neuro-training studies. In addition to the individual trainings in his field of competence, he provides training and coaching in the European Union and the British Parliament, works with companies and senior company executives.

He offers institutions, organizations and countries a special team coaching program that enhances their motivation and makes substantial progress in their performance, and ensures sustainable development by structuring the performance of companies.
