About Me

A former Creative Director, Brand and Marketing Strategist, I left the corporate world after 16+ years, to (find) and pursue my calling, my passion – organizational development, behavior and career coaching. I'm a visual and creative learner, and my approach reflects that.

Over many years of studying and practicing leadership development principles, I've combined a variety of visual frameworks and structures with brand strategy to help individuals gain clarity on "who they are" in order to better align "what they do".
