His background encompasses a wide range of programs and initiatives for individual development, team building and facilitation. Eric’ practical approach to leadership and development began 18+ years at FedEx where he provided collaborative leadership in the areas of sales, mentoring, and coaching for team members and large international corporations. Eric helps individuals and teams across a variety of functions and industries build management and leadership skills required to positively impact performance.
