About Me

Hi. I'm Emily.

I partner with a select group of curious, courageous & committed leaders to help them transform themselves and their teams. I am professionally trained by Adler and Team Coaching International. I also hold professional certifications from the International Coaching Federation, The Thomas Kilmann Conflict Instrument and Hogan Assessments.

I am coach because of the enormous impact coaches had on my growth as a leader.

In the mid-90s, I built my own business from the ground up. We thrived through the highs of the dotcom boom and survived the lows of the meltdown. In the subsequent decade, I  led a global design and technology consultancy in Toronto as Managing Director. From 2006 to 2015 we grew just shy of 500%. In 2015, we were acquired and rebranded 3 times in less than 2 years.
 
This experience taught me what it means to show up as an effective leader through change and uncertainty. Most importantly, it challenged me to learn how to better align my impact with my intention.
 
Partnering with great coaches over the course of my career, I was able to reduce barriers and sand-off the rough edges. As a result of this work, my relationships became stronger, buy-in came easier, team engagement rose and my team had more energy and enthusiasm for their work. Bottomline - the business performed better.

Today I specialize in delivering three highly effective coaching programs:
1) High-Performance coaching for leaders looking to improve their performance and level-up.
2) First 100-Days Acceleration program provides external support for leaders to successfully make the shift and accelerate the value they bring to a new role
3) Team Coaching to help the team to set up conditions for their success and achieve business results.
