About Me
Are you stuck professionally? | Confused about feedback?
Not sure how to act on it? | Navigating a new role and responsibilities?
Are you ready to shed behaviors that slow you down and shift perceptions that don’t serve you?
I want to work with you! On my journey, I've likely been right where you are now. Let's connect, I offer a free introductory session.
During my 35 years in corporate America, I have partnered with senior leaders on strategic projects, I’ve built powerful onboarding and skill building programs, I’ve mentored team members and led teams. Most recently, I was with Fidelity Investments and have worked with other large companies like UnitedHealthCare and Eli Lilly. I have also worked with smaller start ups: I am currently a sales onboarding coach for an EdTech company.
I help people do what they didn’t think they could.
As a Professional: Clarify your values. Set goals and make choices aligned with your values.
As a Leader: Strengthen self-awareness. Develop interpersonal skills to lead teams with greater impact.
For the Future: Define the next role. Identify the strategies and skills you need to get there.
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Through specific leadership and style assessment tools and as well as customized frameworks, I help clients become self aware. You shift your patterns so you can get the results you want.
We’ll work 1:1, you’ll do assignments and complete your own research and reflections and then we’ll process it together so you can put a plan into place.
Because I’ve seen the difference it makes in people’s careers, I'm passionate about skill building. I’m a lifelong learner, constantly sharpening my saw to be the best coach I can be.

Liz made a significant difference for me in letting go of limiting beliefs, recognizing what I value most, understanding and managing to my personality traits, and so much more. All that I gained through Liz's expert guidance provided me with tactics for approaching important decisions and handling challenges in a purposeful way. Before I began working with Liz, I was holding onto beliefs that were false and that held me back. I also felt indecisive about where I wanted my career to go in this next stage of my life. I almost never think about those false beliefs, and I have a job I feel good about, and even better, a plan for the future that feels right.

Whether you need someone to listen as a sounding board or coach to help you become a better version of yourself, Liz has the insight, experience, and capability to build you up. She is a thoughtful and highly competent coach that will challenge you to think differently about your professional behaviors and focus the work on what matters most. I had the opportunity of working with Liz earlier this year on a weekly coaching engagement to help me with transitioning to a new job. Her advice was invaluable and she provided tools and techniques to help me recognize my pitfalls before they become obstacles to my success. I highly recommend Liz Tracy for any coaching opportunity!

Liz is an absolute lifesaver! She is a brilliant, thoughtful and skillful coach who seems to know exactly what you need before you even know you need it yourself. She is always organized and professional as well as passionate about helping me become my best self. I cannot recommend Liz highly enough.

Time is well spent with Liz! As a director UX design and research, I wanted to be thoughtful in my next career move. Liz helped me think through what was a truly looking for and what did I hope to achieve. Most importantly, she opened my eyes to the array of opportunities not just the one in front of you. I see career paths for 10, 15, 20 years down the road. She help me realize my career is not limited to an employer but limited by inability to grow and evolve skills in any new role. Thank you Liz for helping me look forward instead of back.
