About Me
Pearls are the gemstone of inner wisdom. I see myself as a guide to help teens and young adults find the gems within themselves and learn how to harness these strengths. We all hold this inner wisdom and must learn how to listen to it. I provide a space for self-discovery, deeper understanding, and finding a path forward. I want my clients to feel heard and understood and that they have agency over their lives.
I work primarily with teens and young adults from about middle school through early career. Common challenges that clients bring to me are self-esteem, navigating friendships or relationships, managing thoughts, emotions, or behaviors, and upcoming decisions. I offer academic and career coaching packages, which really help my clients gain clarity around what's next or blocks that might be holding them back.
Clients come away with a greater sense of self worth and understanding of themselves. This helps to give clarity around upcoming decisions and life choices as well as helps them navigate day to day challenges.
In addition to coaching one-on-one, I work with students in schools, leading groups through a self-discovery program that I created and tightening the net of support to help them be successful in all areas of their lives. This program is available to be done one on one as well.

Elise had been an absolute gift to my teen daughter! She is kind, warm, compassionate and very relatable for teens. Her technique is extremely effective for deconstructing negative thought patterns while providing tangible strategies for establishing self-confidence and purpose. Using mediation, journaling, discussion, and various exercises, Elise has helped my teen to feel more empowered, optimistic and tranquil. Elise is organized, communicative, and reliable for scheduling and appointments. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has made the world of difference for my daughter. Thank you Elise!!!

Elise is an amazing coach that I can't recommend enough! I found myself lost and confused regarding my next steps career wise as I was just finishing college. Elise helped me identify what is important to me and to remember what my goals are! The tools she used at every stage were very insightful. Most importantly Elise is a great listener who understood me very well. I could tell this by the way she would articulate back what I was saying to her. She also created a space where I was always comfortable sharing my thoughts/worries along the way and it ALWAYS ended up helping us getting closer to the right path for me. During the whole process she helped me not lose sight of what we identified as important to me in the beginning and how these career options would get me closer to my goals. We are currently working on the steps to make that a reality but I already feel very confident in reaching my goals and have a clear vision of where im heading towards.
