My coaching niche is life transition - individuals experiencing marriage/relationship break-up, divorce, post-divorce, retirement, re-entering the workplace, and other difficult life changes

I helping overwhelmed men and women bring normalcy and balance back to their lives. My ideal clients are 40+ looking to move forward through a challenging time and reinvent their lives for personal happiness and success.

I have built a national practice with a specialty in helping individuals in emotional turmoil navigate the divorce process, demystifying the legal process, and assisting them to become empowered as they transition from married/couple life to hitting restart in single life, and single & co-parenting.

My coaching focuses on positive mindset, self empowerment, self-kindness and the practice of living in a state of high vibration for personal alignment and manifesting living one’s best life and desired outcomes.

I have amassed a lifetime of professional and heartfelt personal experiences for guiding and supporting individuals who want to create the life they imagine.

Prior to coaching, I had 30+ years in corporate strategic marketing, branding, sales and team management. I am a divorce survivor, sole parent of two teenage daughters and a believer that you can have anything in life you want!!
