About Me

I’ve been involved in competitive Ballroom and Latin dance since the age of four, and have enjoyed a successful career.
As a competitor, dance teacher and coach, I’ve learned that there is far more to the profession than just communicating dance instructions. Emotional work, personal support and development plays a huge role in building successful athletes and competitors. Over the years I found that this applies to any individual’s success in any area. With the right structure and approach, I believe that we can use our inner core values and strengths to create personal successes as well as to guide us through uncertain times. Within the process of coaching I have a deep passion for building meaningful relationships. I enjoy passing on my enthusiasm for self reflection through self discovery; taking action to create better paths for personal fulfillment; and create self accountability within our lives.
