    About Me

I am a holistic life, wellness, and spiritual coach and an embodied guide for women who are ready to feel alive in their lives again. I am the founder of TulaSoul—Tula meaning balance, wind, and poem—a name that reflects my belief that healing is rhythmic, intuitive, and deeply personal.

Clients often share that they feel instantly at ease with me—seen, softened, and understood. I bring warmth, presence, intuition, humor, and precision to our work together. My journey began early and led me to earn a doctorate in clinical psychology and spend thirteen years in private practice. That clinical foundation allows me to recognize patterns quickly, while my embodied and intuitive approach creates space for transformation that is felt, not forced.

Coaching with me is collaborative and soulful. Together, we clarify desires, release internal tension, and create forward movement that feels aligned in both body and spirit. Clients appreciate my honesty, depth, and the way I hold space with compassion and confidence. I often offer optional creative or somatic practices between sessions to support integration.

Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness have been central to my own healing and are offered as gentle, accessible tools for presence, nervous system regulation, and self-trust—not performance. I primarily work with women navigating life transitions, relationships, addiction recovery, disordered eating, self-worth, and spiritual awakening. All women, all bodies, and all stories are welcome.

When I was matched with Dr. Jo and read her bio, everything she had experience with and was interested in matched with everything I was looking for in a coach! Weve had a few sessions so far, and I have never felt so comfortable with a therapist/coach right off the bat. I can tell she cares about me and my thoughts/feelings. She listens well, is able to give good advice and guidance. She doesnt just sugarcoat things and is real with me. Its nice to have a non-judgmental space to process and dove deeper into who I am and who I want to become. I am so thankful we connected, and Im looking forward to working with her long term!

If I could give Dr. Jo Lamm a million stars, I would without hesitation. She's absolutely amazing: kind, brilliant, compassionate, funny, authentic, and reliable. She creates a safe space for sharing, listens and communicates well, and is an all-encompassing healer: body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Jo is insightful and experienced, and I trust my wellbeing to her. She allows me to process and share my thoughts at my own pace. I highly recommend her.

Ive been working with Jo for the past 6 months. Jo is very present during the sessions, she is a great listener and always gives a positive perspective to whatever it is we are discussing. Shes friendly and I feel that she is always on my side, always looking for my best interest and helping me listen to my own voice. Shes also very relatable and draws from her experience which makes the whole interaction all the more humane. I always look forward to our sessions but even when life is tough and I cant attend sessions she stays available via email. What I love the most about her however is how non-judgemental she is. She knows changing habits and patterns is a process and doesnt judge relapses or redundant thoughts. Great experience overall and will continue to work with her.
