Hello! I am an I-O Psychology practitioner who bridges the fields of psychology, leadership, DEI research, and organizational development (OD) to offer transformational results, whole-person coaching, and value-based solutions.

My coaching philosophy is awareness-building, creative, and solution-focused. I leverage behavioral assessment tools (DiSC + EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360) to help my clients maximize their full potential, achieve sustainable success, develop emotional intelligence and situational awareness.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Board-Certified Coach through the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE).

I completed my Post-Doctorate in Leadership & Organizational Strategy, Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Organizational Leadership, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, and a graduate degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
