We only have so much energy each day, and often we have many things that drain us, leaving us with little energy to enjoy the life we want to live. By identifying drains (thoughts, stress, limiting beliefs, skill deficits, ineffective behavior and emotional patterns, overtolerating), and energizers--the things that light you up, we can shift your life to not only feeling managable, but fulfilling and joyous.

With 20+ years experience as a registered nurse, 20 years as an entrepreneur and business owner, 18 as a licensed counselor, 12 as a coach and 10 years teaching, I have the experience you need to lead powerfully.

With two licenses, a master's degree and basic and advanced coach training, medical and psychology training, small business ownership experience and having completed many leadership and coach trainings I have expertise in stress management, communication, mindfulness, relationship development and emotional intelligence.

I specialize in supporting professionals to find their passion, and live their dream--whatever that is--and dream bigger than ever. My coaching is a unique blend of empathy, insight and strategies. We will work together to develop and refine your business acumen, while sincerely loving your life.
