I’ve been working with DTK for over 6 months. I’m the UK and Group Managing Director of a manufacturing company with offices in the UK, India and USA. Ours is a family business and my brother and I run the business between us. Matt located in the US, me the UK. Understandably there are the usual business challenges, life/work challenges and a family dynamics.
