About Me
I have been struggling for many years with relationship issues, having a hard time finding a therapist that worked for me. When I learned about Nonviolent Communication I opened up to a completely new perspective on looking at myself and the world.
Combining this new way of thinking with the teachings of Internal Family Systems Therapy enabled me to take self-empathy to the next level. I created an application that supported my healing process more efficient than any therapist could provide - spontaneously using any upcoming triggers to identify past trauma and unburdening the inner children that were hidden for a long time - and all that for free!
Because this method did not cost any money, I could turn it into a regular spiritual practice, completely changing my life within a few months. I am excited to share this tool with you, coaching you within just a few sessions how to use it by yourself - freeing you from the financial burden and the time constraints of regular therapy.
I am available for emergency empathy in situations that are overwhelming, but my goal is to make you self-reliant, empowering you to fully accept and love yourself, unlocking new abilities that were lying dormant within your mind for most of your life.
My expertise did not emerge from studying psychology, but from living life, suffering and struggling - just like you. Everything that I can teach you has been learned the hard way, by embracing mistakes and raising consciousness - one day at a time.

After my first session with David, I immediately noticed changes in myself. I was getting more connected with my feelings. I could name them, I could localize them in my body. Everything was becoming clearer. I was trusting myself more. After the second session, I felt like I was beginning to heal parts of myself that had been abandoned and ignored for years. They were finally rejoining me, making me feel more whole. By practicing the skills I learn as David guides me, these positive changes are becoming integrated within me.

For years, I struggled with maintaining relationships with those that I cared about, but that all changed after David came into my life. I met David while attending one of his meetup groups centered around non-violent communication. After my boyfriend and I broke up and several other close relationships of mine ended, I realized that maybe I needed to look inwardly. What I didn't realize was how impacting and meaningful this form of communicating would be for me. David used the non-violent communication approach to allow me to express my thoughts and feelings without judgement. He also helped me to look inwardly to discover what childhood traumas may have caused me to have certain belief systems about myself, others, and life in general that no longer served me. He helped me to reach out to different parts of myself so that I could give empathy to them. After a few sessions, I had the tools I needed to repair a quite damaged relationship that existed with my father for almost 10 years. I was also able to repair my relationship with my grandmother and sister, and my relationship with my mother is stronger than ever before. I'm able to give myself empathy which prevents the constant self blaming that I tended to do in the past, and I feel confident that my future romantic relationship will be very successful because of the work that David helped me do to heal my soul. I am much more confident, accepting of myself and others, and not as easily triggered by things people may say or things that may happen in my life. He has changed my life forever! I highly recommend his coaching sessions to any and everyone!
