I thrilled to bring my business knowledge, passion for fitness, and unparalleled customer service to Catalyst Collective. My experience includes over 18 years of business management, development, and multi-store flagship experience including opening the first Reebok CrossFit FitHub concept store in NYC on 5th Ave in conjunction with Reebok CrossFit 5th Ave.

Sports and fitness have always been a large part of my life. From an early age, I was involved in competitive sports, including baseball, football and wrestling. As a true thrill seeker, I took on more extreme sports such as snowboarding and skydiving later in life. I was introduced to CrossFit in 2010, and from the first moment I stepped into a box, I knew I had found what I had been searching for: a sport that would push my limits, challenging, humbling and inspiring me all at the same time. After submerging into the CrossFit methodology I gained respect and admiration for the sport and made the decision that one day I would own my own gym. Three years later, I fulfilled that dream, and CrossFit GSP was born.

I believes in helping every peer and employee accomplish their goal, no matter their level of experience. I am a natural motivator and thrive on seeing others succeed both personally and professionally.
