I don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. Every person is wonderfully unique, and so is my approach for each of my clients. I will present you with a variety of tools and coaching modalities to see which resonates best with you and your current season. As a Highly Sensitive Person, my neurodivergence and trauma-informed approach allows me to connect with clients deeply.
I am an ICF Certified Professional Coach and a Gottman Institute Trained Relationship Coach and Educator for The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. My decades-long background in Entertainment and Marketing enlighten my creative and strategic approach to coaching.

Daniela Wirick is nothing less than phenomenal! I knew I wanted a life coach but didn't know who to choose. I spent several weeks looking and couldn't find the right fit. When I saw Daniela had training with ADHD and from the Gottman Institute, I was intrigued. We met over the phone, and she met all my criteria (structured, could meet in person, great vibe) so I bought a small package to see how it went. Her virtual meetings were less expensive (obviously) but I really wanted an in person connection. We agreed to a preliminary few meetings, and if things went well, I'd continue. We met and it went really well. I was transitioning to a new job, had several life changes underway, and was losing track of my goals. Daniela helped me prioritize, organize, and execute on all my focuses. She's an incredible listener, has a remarkable capacity to recognize solutions and build systems to help work smart, not hard, and is just so easy to get along with! That first meeting has since turned into over 20 sessions with no end in sight. If you're in need of a life coach, do yourself a favor and check her out. I'm very glad I did.
