A bit about me: I’m a conscious empowerment coach with a background that bridges the practical and the spiritual. I have years of working as a licensed professional therapist and as an empowerment coach where I learned how purpose changes everything. I bring that knowledge to our sessions, combining grounded insights with a whole lot of heart.

When I’m not coaching, I’m either spending time by the river, hanging out with loved ones or adventuring around town and traveling, one of my personal passions!
