When I first graduated from law school, I thought I had achieved everything I ever wanted. I believed that stereotypical success would bring happiness—after all, isn't that what we're taught? However, I quickly realised that, as a high-achieving woman, I was burning out, constantly stressed, and anxious, and my personal relationships were suffering. I'd put everything into "achieving" and all of a sudden I was slapped in the face with reality- I needed to confront my true emotions. I was lacking in self-esteem and I was able to mask this through a "successful" career. Recognising that this path wasn't right for me, I embarked on a journey to discover my true self. By embracing my femininity, cultivating inner confidence, and welcoming vulnerability, I found authentic fulfilment and success. This transformative experience inspired me to train as a life coach.
