Welcome! Thank you for visiting my profile. I coach stressed out single and divorced moms who want to peacefully co-parent with a challenging ex. I am a divorced mom who understands how devastating, shameful, lonely, and sad life after divorce can be. I am very down to earth and passionate about helping women to shift from being traumatized, hurt and broken to acceptance and thriving.

I am certified relationship and parent coach who helps women to achieve their goals. I offer a free consultation and a powerful life transforming service to give women the opportunity to gain clarity and reclaim their life as a woman and be the mother they can be proud of. My clients discover a freedom they've never experienced before and understand the choices they make matter. They develop skills to recognize activities that are truly important and which ones they can stop wasting time and energy on.

I have a background in education & insurance. I've worked with students from kindergarten to college. I've been a substitute teacher, trauma counselor and maintained various positions in the higher education sector. I understand first hand how parenting effects children as they grow into adulthood. I am also a children’s author. I've worked with moms individually and in group settings for over 5 years. I'm a certified parent educator, with the Circle of Security Parenting program, who understands the significance of healthy secure attachments and how moms can create long lasting bonds with their children.
