About Me
I work with individuals that want to improve in their self development. We can work together on improving self confidence, productivity, and other personal aspects that you want to get better at.
Do you feel you’re not good enough? Do you want to feel better about yourself or just life in general? Do you believe you could be doing better? Do you want to be a better version of yourself?
Working together we could help identify and prioritize aspects of your life that you want to improve. We make a destination of the person you want to become. We figure out where you are right now as a person and make a path how to get to the person you want to be.
My clients have told me that they generally feel better internally throughout the week after our sessions. We talk about what aspects of life they want to improve on and make a plan of how they want to reach those goals and the process of doing it. My clients feel more motivated to get their goals done which makes them feel better about life and gives them a better sense of self and more confidence.
I myself have had many mental battles and personal crises. But now I feel like I am in control of my own life and thriving. I am still a work in progress but I am much more positive and constructive than I used to be. I’ve been coaching others for a while and am very happy that I started. I love to help people realize what they are capable of. It’s nice to have someone helping you on the outside. An extra pair of eyes can go a long way. With a little help, anyone can improve their life.
Reviews
Chris has been an excellent life coach! Through my sessions with him I have gained motivation to accomplish tasks that I have had trouble bringing myself to do and strategies to keep these accomplishments consistent. I leave each session with a drive to be more productive with my day which makes me feel really hopeful for the future.
